We require a logo for a start up event/outside catering company opening in Canberra Australia. The executive chef has a background in exceptionally high end fine dining event catering across the UK and Europe - bringing cutting edge chic creative cuisine to the highest calibre end user. We want to replicate that ethos and brand in Australia - future plans are to penetrate the Sydney and Melbourne markets, so innovative striking design is going to set it apart from contemporaries. Nutmeg - the chefs favourite spice has a beautiful history and is so very under utilised and totally under rated, it lifts green vegetables, potatoes, marinades and cakes to another level. This is inspiration too for the company, not just a quirky name, the chefs thoughts and beliefs on flavours, especially nutmeg are going to be congruent with the character brand and ethos of the catering.
