Tennis Center Needs A Logo Design

C'est ce que NorCal Clay Tennis Center recherchait dans leur logo design

I am starting a small tennis center in Northern California that will be the first clay court tennis center in the area.

The courts have a very recognizable color that tennis fans will immediately associate with clay. It's a burnt orange that is used at the French Open, so you can just google French Open if you need a reference. Incorporating a character would also be okay but should be a vintage character and not too cartoony.

The logo should be more on the fun side than the serious side but not goofy. I like 1950's and 60's Americana, golden age of advertising type of designs.

I don't have a preference on letter casing. I prefer a modern design with a nod to the traditional nature of tennis, so something vintage and/or sparse is preferred. Nothing too corporate.
