Dear Sirs, ( Ladies and Gentlemen ),

I'm owner with a female colleague ( a Young Lady - Clinical Psychologist ) of this new firm, named " Way to Efficacy, Lda ". Until now, I was a General Director to Special Projects ( Telecom/ Organisation / CIT / Management / Army/ Marine-submarines, etc ) and She was Academy Director and Human Resources Director in SIEMENS Group. A few years ago I've had a surgery, so I said to my friends and colleagues Chairman and Board of Directors that I couldn't / wouldn't continue. ( I was weighting about 50 kgs and before surgery 82 kgs ).

So...being my health better...here am I....starting business !

As You now...."efficiency" is quite different to "efficacy",..for example ..someone can be working several hours....days...and respecting all the rules of its firm....and the result may be bad or close to nothing. Another person ...creative one...may solve the same problem in a few time and with good results.
