C'est ce que Honolulu Dirt by Kelly Mitchell (With and With out the last 3 words) recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo for a new website called: Honolulu Dirt

The website's theme is catering to higher end sellers and buyers (primarily sellers) who are looking to sell their home without the nonsense of dealing with a novice. It is a real estate site, but I am attempting to create a brand that has never been addressed in the real estate realm. Real estate tends on the more vanilla side and I want to be anything BUT vanilla. The logo does need to be clean and easy to replicate in various mediums.

The site will highlight gossip about development and neighborhoods in the Honolulu area, in keeping with the "dirt" theme, which also is parlayed into the land theme. Land/House/Gossip = Dirt
