"Ciudad del Valle" (residential development) needs a logo!

C'est ce que Ciudad del Valle recherchait dans leur logo design

We are starting up this new Condominium in Costa Rica.
It is a residential and commercial development called "Ciudad del Valle", which means literally "City of the Valley" because of its location in Coris Valley in Cartago, Costa Rica.
Ciudad del Valle is going to be developed in stages and each stage is going to be like a part of the new "city".
The development is located in the down part of the valley (a very extensive valley) with amazing views to the mountains that surrounds the area.
In Ciudad del Valle logo we need to communicate the fact that we are offering everything that you need to live, work and enjoy life at the same place, without having to use your car. We feature a bike path and wide sidewalks to promote an active way of life.
