Logo for TPR Productions

Need a multi purpose logo for TPR Productions.

TPR Productions wears a few different hats and generates material for a wide range of clients. Currently, I only have TPR PRODUCTIONS registered as a business name, but I am close to registering another called TPR LEARNING (as a specialist business for eLearning courseware) - so my logo will have a consistent element of text "TPR" but would like to future proof the logo so that the word "PRODUCTIONS" could be swapped for the word "LEARNING". I am happy to discuss this if making my logo multipurpose is an issue or other ways of making the logo multipurpose.

I see the logo consisting of the text TPR PRODUCTIONS (I think PRODUCTIONS should be in capitals, but I have seen a couple of logos with TPR in lowercase and think it can work that way - I will leave this up to the designer) and an abstract element that represents the process of taking an idea and producing a polished finished product.
