Preppy or vintage style Logo Design Project

C'est ce que BabySmart or BabySmart USA or BabySmart+CO recherchait dans leur logo design

I have a few logos for the company name.
They need to work with one of the brand names; Cooshee.

I do not want any new icons; like cute baby "smart" stuff.
I'm ready to go with the duck or the gear/positive mark in circle

I like our duck, as it's image or preferably as an icon.

I like vintage also. SMART is important.

See the round babysmart with the duck with bow tie (bow tie represents proper product for parenting: promotes proper behavior, positive behavior.
