Mondo Del Vino (needs a logo and menu)

C'est ce que Mondo del Vino recherchait dans leur logo design

We need logo and menu for a new company based in Melbourne austrailia, mondo del vino, (wine of the world)
This is for a new concept of selling wine, it need's to be classy, and the logo has to be wine associated ie grapes, wine barel.

On the front of the menu we would like a picture of a hanging sign
Saying..... Open for wine sales and tasting, this could look a bit old school, but open for ideas.
Then the logo, with the name (Mondo del Vino) incorporated in to it.

We will more than Likley be incorporating wood leather and brass elements to it?

Other ideas;
Looks like it has some age to it.
Maybe a monogram as that will flow onto the menu, and the delivery wine system.
Wax seal.
Inside an old school wine label
If we use a leather menu then we will be debossing.
Strong proven image, like it has been around for years...
