Datablocks - data managment for automotive engineering departments

C'est ce que datablocks recherchait dans leur logo design

Hi there,
I need a logo for a new product, called "datablocks".
This will be a SaaS product for automotive companies, especially their engineering departments.
It will help people to organize their department data, store and share it easily and export it in different formats like images, json, xml, csv, ...

This product is developed by our company : http://www.useblocks.com

It would be good, if the new logo can copy some style ideas from the existing useblocks-logo.
Main colors shall/may be : #FFCC00 and #000000
If these colors are not used, the new logo must be good looking, if it is placed in front of a background in these colors.

The final design should communicate easiness and sharing.

Ongoing workpackages for website and flyer design are planned.
