First thing is first. I need you to understand what we do and please do not confuse us with brokers..

We are a service aimed at the airbnb market which is made up of people who rent their home, apartment or spare room for short stays or vacations on airbnb and similar websites. When an apartment is rented this way. the one who owns the apartment is the host and the person paying to stay is the guest. They meet at the apartment for check in to discuss rules etc. and the keys are given to the guest. Then again at the end of the guests stay for check out.

This meeting is obviously important but there are many times the host will need to be late, on a business trip etc. So many have hired someone to meet the guest on their behalf to perform that meeting. In NYC where this business will be located, this happen rather frequently. This type arrangement of accommodations is becoming very popular and preferred to hotels.
