C'est ce que Newcastle Bookkeeping Solutions recherchait dans leur logo design

Please see file attached. I dont mind this logo, but want it modern and updated, it is a bit plain, and I dont like the font . The font needs to be clear and easy to read. This will be going on a shop window with a lot of passing traffic and I want cars passing by to easily see the word bookkeeping so they know what I do.
Also, I do not want Newcastle to be the prominent word, bookkeeping needs to stand out just as much if not more than the words Newcastle and Solutions.
