New Product Launch needs a captivating Brand and Packaging design solution

We are looking for a brand logo and packaging design solution for our latest product launch called "DrinkSafe"
The product is a personal breathalyser device that tests the level of alcohol in the blood so those considering driving or, most importantly, potential passengers can see what level of alcohol the driver has in their system and make a more informed choice about what they do next.
The product is mainly aimed at the 18 to 30, driver/passenger. The purchaser is likely to be their parents, grandparents and wider family. It is designed to hang on a keyring, fit in a purse or the car.
The packaging is a hang-sell box 18cm high x 7cm wide x 2cm in depth with a clear section on the middle 1/3rd of the pack to show the product.
Using colour references, cues etc from emergency services could be an interesting approach.
