C'est ce que HomeSell, The Private Sale Professionals recherchait dans leur logo design

We need to update our existing logo for our private sale (for sale by owner) real estate marketing company called HomeSell, as we cannot get it trade marked at present due to the name being to generic (ie the words 'home' and 'sell'). In order to trade mark our logo, it needs to become a 'picture mark' to take the focus off the words. Please view our current logo at www.homesell.co.nz.

I wish to retain the existing colours (dark navy blue, gold/yellow & white) and keep the text font within 10-20% of the existing logo. We do need to create some sort of picture, background or bordering around the logo.

Our company is all about

a) simplifying the process of selling your own property or business when not using an agent
b) saving people many thousands of dollars in the process (we charge around $1000, whereas real estate agents in NZ charge around $20,000).
c) professionalism in terms of our marketing, photographic work and support to customers.
