Our new company creates videogames for self-awareness and performance improvement, delivering analytics for insight into performance and persona. We combins fun game play with built-in Psychology assessments so that players get insights as they play. The data that comes out helps the players understand themselves better. The data also helps determine the player’s viability and fit for a job or career, which offers insight to future employers about their “Persona” so they can make intelligent hiring decisions.
