Next Level Endodontics Logo Design Project

I need a new logo for my dental education business website. The website is www.tecteaching.com but I will be changing this to www.nextlevelendodontics.com. I would like to keep the same blue color that is on my website in a new logo and I am looking to incorporate the new name with possibly a figure moving up stairs or a hill of some type to depict moving up.
