We are an established accommodation business in Australia, and need a new identity to take us into the next phase of our growth. The new business name is 'Short Stay Network'.

We provide short term accommodation to people of all kinds - from families to corporates, singles, pet owners, business people. Our properties could be all over Australia, in all kinds of locations. Our other market is property investors, who provide the properties that we use. We have everything from cottages to executive houses to apartments.

We would like to see a design that communicates to people:
- a friendly and approachable team
- a modern feel
- professionalism and reliability
- a sense of the business being about a network of properties
- and something that DOESN'T scream 'real estate agent' !!!
