Neball Development program needs logo design

C'est ce que STiNgAs recherchait dans leur logo design

Southern Tasmanian Netball (STNA) wants a logo for our development program called 'STiNgAs'. Stingas is about the best juniors being placed in the most challenging environment to fast track their ability to perform under pressure. We are stuck with the name and would like to have a logo that adds to the program values of pressure and excellence. Our juniors are already aspiring to become chosen as a Stinga and even though it is really hard the kids find it fun. Our organisation colours are Blue and gold. I have attached the organisation logo as this shows our colours. I do not want the Stingas logo to take on any characteristics of the orgaisation logo.
