Funcky and stylish real estate branding

C'est ce que Bragg Real Estate recherchait dans leur logo design

hi everyone, I haven't found exactly what i am after yet :( I have drafted the look I am after copy it improve on it but can you please do it like this.
Colours- I have attached our colours as a pdf
Colours are Navy Blue c-96, M-91 Y-0, K-100 Orange c-0, M-73, Y-98 K- 0 and light grey/ silver C-5, M11, Y10, K-5
