C'est ce que Benen Mfg recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo design for our machine shop located on San Jose, CA. We fabricate parts in accordance to blueprint specification. Our customers range from medical, semiconductor, automation, and the field of robotics. We need a simple and effective design that will promote name recognition. The design should convey what we do (manufacturing/fabrication), name recognition, and be different and original from all others in our industry. As far as color scheme and fonts - let's be original and not cookie cutterish.
