House Building company wants an improved logo

C'est ce que Genius Homes recherchait dans leur logo design

We'd like a new logo for our company. We build houses in New Zealand.
Our company colours need to stay the same Pantone Blue 3005 being the main colour.
We would like the new design to be more versatile, we'd like it to have a better 1 or 2 colour version for printing & engraving onto things.
We'd still like to use the "G" as the main icon but just want it upgraded.
