Suri Alpaca Breeding Logo Design

We need a logo design for our suri alpaca breeding business. We are located on the high plains of Eastern Colorado (which is semi-desert, rolling hills, pine trees).

We are near Bijou Creek, and the word "Bijou" is French for small, exquisite jewel, so that is one direction. Something fun, with a Mardi Gras motif is another. It would be helpful to understand the difference between the 2 different breeds of alpacas: suri and huacaya. We have both, but our focus is on the suri breed (long dreadlocks vs the more teddy bear look of the huacaya). However, the logo need not depict an alpaca, since that is obvious in the name of the business. We would rather something unusual to stand out from other breeders.
