Logo re-design

C'est ce que Compass Venue Search recherchait dans leur logo design

We require a logo designing for my Venue Finding / Events Management company that has been going 14 years. We have considered doing a more modern take on the logo that we currently have or having a totally new image, either way I think I would like to incorporate some kind of Compass or reference to a compass (part of). We want to portray a professional yet fun and creative image. I do believe that the simpler logos are better, something not too clunky, more elegant and lighter than what we have.
