Design a logo for a real estate investment and management company called Cornerstone Realty, Inc., specializing in the acquisition and lease up of industrial, warehouse and office buildings in the northeast markets. Our niche is repositioning vacant buildings (that typically were large single tenanted industrial buildings) and converting them into fully leased multi-tenant and multi-use facilities. We provide our tenants - our "customers" - with great space at an attractive price. We also deliver hands on management services to all our facilities. We provide immediate response to all tenant issues and take pride in the fact that we own and manage some of the highest quality real estate product in the markets that we are in.
