Looking for a logo that is professional, yet not boring. Should encapsulate what we do: Help companies manage conflict more effectively through better negotiation and communication skills (we offer training, coaching and facilitation in negotiation and communication skills). We work with Executives, managers, sales forces, HR etc.

Basic concept behind our approach encapsulated in the following story: Two kids are fighting over an orange. Each one argues why they should get it. Mother comes in, sees what's happening, cuts the orange in half (half for each kid). Little boy peels his half, throws away the peel and eats the fruit. Little girl peels her half, throws away the fruit and grinds the peel to make an orange cake. Moral of the story- most people destroy value because they negotiate using "positions" rather than underlying "interests". We help managers, sales people, HR, and government officials meet all parties' interests better.
