About the business
Tepsi Sweets is a new Turkish sweets and baklava brand launching in Sydney, NSW. “Tepsi” is the Turkish word for the round tray baklava is traditionally baked in. We make authentic Turkish baklava alongside creative new flavours that blend Turkish tradition with Australian native ingredients and Sydney’s multicultural food scene: for example macadamia and wattleseed, lemon myrtle, and sour cherry and rose.
