Logo design for a modern art studio/ gallery

C'est ce que Studio CXXII recherchait dans leur logo design

I am a professional abstract painter and I need to create a logo for my art studio and gallery space called "Studio CXXII". I want the logo to be simple, straightforward, and modern with a sense of old school authenticity. I became an artist through art as therapy, as I have been in the US Navy for 20+ years. Art is how I responded to my experiences overseas. That said, I am covered in american traditional tattoos, and want to tie subtle hints of that into the logo, most likely through the font. I have a tattoo of "CXXII", which I am attaching here as a reference. I am trying to balance the modern aesthetic of my art, with hints of my naval heritage. I would like this in black and white only. It should feel modern and elevated, yet authentic to who I am. Voir plus
