Logo refinement - Logo Refresh - open for suggestions

C'est ce que Katia Endrizzi + the subtitles should be simple and clear so that it is immediately understandable what I do. I also find subtitles such as Coaching and Consulting rather generic and uninspiring recherchait dans leur logo design

“I designed this logo myself and would like to refine it so it looks professional. I am open to suggestions.
I would like the name to appear in a gold, embossed (relief) style. I like the black background, but I am open to other ideas.
Regarding the subtitle, I am looking for suggestions, as I offer not only coaching, but also consulting, sales training, and process support for business transitions and company successions.
I would also like a smaller version of the logo that can be used as a recognizable branding element in PowerPoint presentations.” Voir plus
