This business is being set up to assist business owners who want to sell but don't want to pay the large brokerage fees. It's a service that's inbetweeen DIY selling and full brokerage. It costs more than 50% less than brokerage and the idea is that we are the missing link for DIY Sellers providing them expert support and guidance that is needed to sell.
