Get creative! Next generation of HVAC company needing rebranding - READ DESCRIPTION PLEASE

I am looking for a new logo and color scheme. Next, I can move forward with creating cards, vehicle wraps, and other materials.

Residential HVAC and appliance company in Florida. Service, Sales, Installation, Indoor air quality. We do everything a typical HVAC company does, but we also service and repair home appliances. (Hard to market the two, I know)
The company is being run and taken over by the second generation. (Me - women led) Much-needed revitalization after being in business for nearly 40 years. Not adapting with the times and in the era of YouTube & DIY, the business is struggling. The business name is fairly known in the area, but I want to make it clear by the rebrand that this IS a new generation of the company, and we have a purpose that stands out from others.
