RB Capital - SEXY, BOLD, STRONG Logo needed!

I need a logo for my Family Office focused on putting Founders first in business acquisitions. Logo will be used on the website and promo materials (ie. marketing, 1-pagers, t-shirts, pens, letterhead, business cards, socials etc.).

Want to update the current logo (the wings) to a more custom logo - using the uploaded sketch of the Eagle as the inspiration. I need the logo to be clean and aggressive!
