New Logo for Real Estate Development and Management Company

We need a new logo. I uploaded the current logo. The other image is a logo for an affiliated company. I like the font and apple. The apple is important to our history. We do real estate development and management, mostly retail shopping centers, in the Midwest. This company is small. We are a close-knit team.
