Rebranding for HVAC Company

We are merging two companies that not one and will be using the name of one company and the brand elements of the other company. The name will be AirNow and the branding will come from Mel Daniel. I will attach photos of current branding and logo for basis of design. One thing I would like to see is the MD circle logo change into something like a Shield with Voir plus
