New logo design for a project kitchen restaurant

C'est ce que Left Side Kitchen recherchait dans leur logo design

Need a logo design for a new local chef inspired comfort food joint.
The restaurant is called "Left Side Kitchen"
It's an unusual name for a restaurant. It has two significant influences. Its a restaurant space that is located on the left side of a very popular bbq joint (principal owner of this new Left Side Kitchen) and has been described to clients when asked where its at. Second, Left side is also the name of a popular surf break (Left Side Boat Basin)
Although it has some relatability to the surf spot, its not a surfer vibe resto. Would like a modern, trendy, and chill feel.

Logo inspiration:
Malbon Golf
Public Drip brand
Foldies Sandwich

Will need 2 variations:
Horizontal layout
Stacked layout

Icon:
Green channel marker from the Left Side (Green Triangle)
Maybe a hint/outline of a wave illustration (Aaron Kaai inspired style) Voir plus
