New division for company - logo edit + alternative design

C'est ce que Twelve2 Development recherchait dans leur logo design

We need to make an edit to our existing logo for a new division we are launching for our real estate company. Company website to get a feel for our look & design -> https://twelve2cg.com/.

We love the current logo(uploaded to request), we just need another logo for our new division, “Twelve2 Development”

I was almost thinking of having 2-3 variations. Using the green & black from the attached branding guide:

1) Use the same logo, and swap out commercial group, with Development. And I think we want to change the blue to a deep green.

2) T2Development

3) T2D - I was envisioning the it to be a contiguous line. Unless it looks horrible and that style is not timeless now a days lol. Or just simple initials T2D with branding colors black and green, and don’t over think it. I would like some feedback on this concept and open to other design suggestions/ideas.
