Create an icon/initial design for our logo

C'est ce que our logo says Manova. We want to be able to do something with the "M". recherchait dans leur logo design

We have a logo for our business, which is a men's health clinic, and need to design an icon/initial that would go with the logo or that we can use to put on stationary and other branding material.
None of the designs submitted so far fit our need.
We want the M to be in a 3D shape. We don't want to many fancy elements. It's not for a construction company. So, the tall bars don't fit our target market or business category.
We're a medical clinic targeting men as we provide services and treatments for men.
