Wanted: A clever Bear and Mayhem themed Logo for a business consultancy.

The design of the "bear" in the logo is the hook. The consultancy does healthcare system business analysis and strategy planning. There is 100 years of healthcare business success in our firm and as such we want absolutely nothing to do with looking like we're in healthcare. We are in a part of the country with black bears but nuts to that. We our principal's names consist of or are made up from the words in our business name: Brown Bear Mayhem. We are satisfied with the type treatment that is attached. What we want is a bear and the bear must feature the letters BBM, in any case or combination of case. bbM or BbM or whatever. There can be other elements in the bear. It can be subtle or it can be on the nose. It can be just a bear head, or a bear in silhouette. But the letter forms should be apparent and not too abstract. It can be playful or serious. The illustration should work well as one color and be clean and modern and match the weight of the attached logotype. Thanks!
