Luxury Subdivision in Santa Fe, NM needs a logo design!

We need a logo design for a luxury subdivision called Tano Estates located in Santa Fe, NM. The development will have contemporary southwest homes at a multi-million dollar price point with extraordinary views of the mountains and mesas surrounding it. We are looking for a design that is simplified and clean. We would like to see designs that can convey an essence of the Southwest and luxury real estate, perhaps include a beautiful icon. Attached is a copy of a logo design that was rejected by the developer of the subdivision, as well as several renderings of possible To Be Built homes within the subdivision, and a photo of the landscape surrounding one of the lots.
