Business logo creation

C'est ce que Maçonnerie Demers 2025, Une entreprise Solidev recherchait dans leur logo design

I am looking for a new company logo. Working primalery in Quebec, Canada, some of the needed wording is in French. It is a masonry company (construction area).
The name is: Maçonnerie Demers 2025 and it is a subsidairy of a company named Solidev. So, underneath the logo we need to add the following ''une entreprise Solidev''.
I have added an exemple of another logo we have for another company as an exemple.
