School Carnival Party - Our future is bright

C'est ce que WPPK Carnival 2025 Our Future is Bright recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a design for a preschool Carnival event that is a fundraiser for the school. I am thinking I want bright colors, maybe neon incorporated (but still needs to be legible).
