2 Logos: 1 New, 1 Rebranding

C'est ce que 2 logos: 1st = Strategic Associates (slight rebrand). 2nd = Structured Admin & Processing (New Company) recherchait dans leur logo design

2 LOGOS: We need to rebrand one logo (very simple) AND make a new one for its sister company, named "Structured Admin & Processing". We don't want them to be identical, but similar. They need to look congruent with each other.
1st Logo: (to slightly rebrand) "Strategic Associates" (see attached logo) is in the business of financial and tax planning (we help clients save money in taxes and invest their savings)
2nd Logo: (NEW) Structured Admin & Processing is the sister company that handles the administration, billing, and processing for our Strategic Associates clients.
Logos need to be simple, bold, and modern. The fewer the colors, the better so we can use them across multiple platforms, prints, and media.
