Improve logo for online casino software technology company

Codemodity is a software development company offering products and solutions for the online casino/gambling industry.

We would like to improve/modernize our current logo (attached).
- One of the problems with it is that it is hard to create a version from it that looks good on a dark background. The new logo should be good with both a white and a black background.
- The "GAMING" part can be removed.
- As the company is established, the graphical part of the logo should stay in some form in the new logo.
- font can be changed
