Luxury Coat of Arms for moving business

C'est ce que Canadian's Red Carriage or CRC recherchait dans leur logo design

The name of the Business is Canadian’s Red Carriage, and we are a van rental company with a provided driver. We offer transport, delivery and expediting services to our customers.
I would like your Help to design a Luxurious Coat of arms. I am not looking for a minimalist design. Here are some ideas I would like; however, you can convince me otherwise:
1. Symbols that could be avoided:
a. Predatory animals like lions, dragons, griffins, eagles.
b. Exotic animals such as: elephants, antelopes, Apes.
c. British Crown, for legal reasons.
d. No Religious symbols except:
i. Fleur de lys.
2. Symbols that could work:
a. Working animals like bull, horse, donkey, ox.
b. Well known Canadian animals like: Beaver, Moose, Goose.
c. Industrial symbols like: Cartwheel, Crate
d. Fleur de lys and Maple leaf.
e. A wagon, cart or carriage.
3. Text on the coat of arm could be:
a. Canadian’s Red Carriage
b. CRC
c. Or both.
