Design a logo for a strata management company focusing on personalised service and small blocks, villas. Open to all ideas but looking for design that suggests friendly yet professional, boutique service for smaller properties.
The company will NOT be managung large buildings or tower blocks.
I'd like a bright colour in the logo (leaning towards blue or green), but still keeping the logo very simple. Definitely not plain black only.
Company name is Small Strata Property Management. Open to font options but not too flowery or cursive.
