Logo design for a new private equity real estate company focused on healthcare and physicians

We need a logo design for a new private equity real estate company focused on physician-owned real estate in the United States. The name of the company will be Stasis Physician Partners. The company name is derived from the medical/biological term 'homeostasis' which is defined as "a self-regulating process by which a living organism can maintain internal stability while adjusting to changing external conditions".

We seek to invest in physician real estate by partnering with physician groups to achieve a "homeostatic" balance between the practice, the physicians, the real estate investors, and the constantly changing exterior market conditions. The company will have a mandate to always act in the best interest of the physician groups we invest in.

I have attached example logos that I like. I'd like the company colors to be navy blue, red, grey, and white however I'm open to Pantone or other color suggestions along the lines of the colors above.
