Lake Gater Lakefront Real Estate

I am a real estate broker who specializes in selling waterfront houses in Michigan, USA. Simple catchy logo to be used on hats, shirts and other give away items. The logo should have a alligator in it, water, possibly a house or boat. I would like a logo that can stand alone but sometimes can be used with text like, "Lake Gater", and/or "Lakefront Real Estate" Sometime I'll use logo only, others I'll include text with the logo.
