Logo for Emerging Food Brand - PAPA EMPANADA

I am in need of a logo for a retail food packaging brand of empanadas. The name to appear on the logo is PAPA EMPANADA. I am open to any sort of upper/lowercase, colors etc as this is a new brand with no current guidelines.

Empanadas will feature unique trending fillings such as Al Pastor, Bacon Egg and Cheese, etc

Sales Channel: Grocery stores, wholesale outlets, e-commerce, and pop-up retail locations.
