Icon and type treatment for marketing and sales consulting firm

I'm looking for an icon and type treatment (logo) for a marketing consulting firm called The Marketing Engine. The firm provides sales and marketing leadership for start-ups and high-growth SMBs. Our goal is to build a "marketing engine" for each client that consistently generates new business leads and sales.

I like the neon green and gray colors of this website - https://citrusad.com - and would like to use similar colors for my logo.

The logo needs to convey that we're a modern, progressive, and established firm. The logo can be as simple as a stylized version of a cog as the icon, along with a modern text treatment of The Marketing Engine or TME. Voir plus
