International Sports business needs a logo design

C'est ce que CWM Sport-tec recherchait dans leur logo design

We already have our basic logo (attached) that we made ourselves. We need this without background and in the correct file type for us to use in documents and online.
There are two logos. The "CWM Sport-tec" logo is the company identity. The "Sport-tec" part of the logo is extracted and used for certain branding and online identity.
In addition to the above if the logo can be made to look more professional, perhaps a slight 3D effect or make it 'pop' a bit more then we are open to that.
We would also like a second set of the same logos, only in outline and without colour.
