I need a casual, colorful, cheerful, youthful, modern logo for a small real estate agency dedicated to renting rooms in Spain.

Years ago I bought a logo on designcrowd.com for a real estate agency called FOTOPISO.
Attached is the logo I chose.

I also attach a logo that I found on the internet and can be useful to give ideas to designers. But not necessarily the logo that they design must look like the ones I attach. I want the designers to feel free to create their own designs. Voir plus
