Roadside Assistance Logo Design!

We are in need of a logo design for our new company in Billings Montana, "Billings Roadside Assistance". We serve our local community with roadside service (vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery, flat tires, and battery services). We are interested in high resolution, somewhat simple, scalable designs that can be used on our signage and business cards. Ideally we would like to see a design that incorporates the following:
- Automotive theme (rpm gauge background, mascot holding a wrench) -Creates a simple but memorable character or mascot (possibly utilizing a Kestrel [bird] the symbol of our parent company)
